When will I receive my order?

We bring your order to your door by cargo, place your order until 13:00 today and we will deliver it in Mersin on the same day.

Other Cities
If you are ordering from outside of Mersin, we send your package to your address with Yurtici Cargo.

How do we do in hot weather?

ice blocks in our delivery boxes. We also light all universe boxes in Icebox. It will be reached within 4-6 hours (within Istanbul).

I ordered from outside of Mersin. How do you ship the products?

We work with Yurtiçi Kargo for your orders outside of Istanbul. We deliver your orders every day from Monday to Thursday.

If you have ordered frozen items, please be aware that although every care has been taken to pack them, including ice blocks, there is a risk of them thawing.

Which cities do you ship to?

We ship all over Turkey! Adana, Antalya, Hatay, Ankara, İzmir, İstanbul, Muğla, Antalya, Bursa, Çanakkale, Eskişehir and many more cities….. Please visit the Delivery & Shipping section.

Only credit cards and bank transfers are accepted for orders placed outside of Mersin . There is no cash payment option. The minimum order amount is 300₺.
