Our delivery option to anywhere in Turkey is by cargo. (Your orders are sent by Yurtiçi Kargo from Monday to Thursday!)

Mersin

Door-to-door fresh meat delivery is currently only available by electric vehicle in Mersin. We provide free delivery all over Mersin – Min order amount is 300₺.

Same Day Delivery – Delivery Times: We deliver your orders directly to your door. Order by 13:00 pm today and we’ll deliver the same day. Our deliveries are active from Monday to Saturday.

We deliver by our courier between 13:00pm – 19:00 pm every day (except Sunday).

Mersin – same day delivery

Other cities – 24 hours or 48 hours by Cargo depending on your distance.

When you choose courier delivery, your orders are sent from Monday to Thursday via Yurtiçi Kargo.

While we take every care to pack your order in a foam box with dry ice, we would like to point out that we cannot accept any liability if courier times take longer or items thaw, especially during the summer months.

Price

For frozen products, we recommend using dry ice in the shipping package. Its cost is 99.99 TL.

If the order is fresh products only: we can use ice blocks in the shipping package. Its cost is 74.99 TL.

For both options, all products are sent in foam boxes.

If you have ordered frozen products, please note that there is a risk of thawing, although every care has been taken to pack them, including ice blocks/dry ice.

Only credit cards and bank transfers are accepted for all orders. There is no cash payment option. The minimum order amount is 300 TL.

With domestic cargo companies, Adana, Ankara, İstanbul, Antalya, İzmir, Eskişehir, Muğla (Bodrum, Marmaris, Fethiye), Bursa, Balıkesir, Çanakkale, Edirne, Tekirdağ, Kırklareli, Kocaeli, Kütahya, Sakarya, Düzce, Bolu, Bilecik, Eskişehir , Yalova, Uşak, Burdur, Bartin, Manisa, Aydın, Afyon, Denizli, Adana, Mersin, Hatay, Zonguldak, Karabük, Çankırı and other provinces. We ship all over Turkey!

Cargo orders are taken from Monday to Thursday. Except for Adana-Hatay, which has a transit time of 1 day on Thursdays, there is no delivery to addresses with 2 days or more.

We will send the orders you place before midnight to the Cargo company the next day.

If we send it on Friday, there is a risk that your order will not be delivered the next day, as the courier companies work half a day on Saturday. We don’t want to take this risk because your order contains frozen products. If you place an order after 23:59 (midnight) on Wednesday, we will deliver your order to Yurtiçi Kargo on Monday. There is no delivery on Thursdays to addresses with a transit time of 2 days or more.

Your order will be shipped in a heat resistant foam box with ice packs or dry ice (you can choose from the checkout page) inside. If you have ordered frozen items, please note that although every care has been taken to pack them, including ice blocks/dry ice, there is a risk of thawing.

We have two different shipping options for orders outside Mersin.

The courier company couldn’t find me at home. Will I get a refund?
No. We will pack your order as promised and send it to your address with Yurtiçi Kargo. You will receive the order tracking number by e-mail on the day we deliver your package to Yurtiçi Kargo.

The day after you receive your order tracking code from us, you should call the branch of the cargo company and check whether your order has been delivered. If necessary, you should go to the cargo branch and pick up your package yourself.

After you deliver your package to Yurtiçi Kargo, it is your responsibility to coordinate the delivery or pickup. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about the courier company finding you at your home.

We regret to inform you that delays or problems with shipping are beyond our company’s responsibility and therefore no refunds will be made for unsuccessful deliveries.

How do we deliver in Mersin in hot weather?
We use ice blocks in our delivery boxes. We also keep all delivery boxes in Icebox. Your order will be delivered to your address within 2-3 hours by our courier, so it will not be thawed before it is delivered to you.

We currently do not have a physical store. We only work online, so we do not deliver from our office, Please order from our website.
